Johnsens Catering Shop, at 2133 Boston Road in the Eastwood Shops is the place to go when you want to pick up a special order. And there is so much there to see! It's such fun to stop in at our busy shop! We are always making something and we love to share samples of everything we make-it's like walking into Mom's kitchen and being allowed to lick the bowl! We put out all kinds of things for your to test, critique or just sample.

Plan Your Party

Our shop is a great place to sit and plan the perfect event. Your party may be at your home, office, your backyard, or in any venue you have chosen. We have a list of venues which might fit your needs for the special occasion you are planning.

We are normally at the shop to serve you Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 until 5:00. Often we are out on deliveries or serving parties. Sometimes we have out of state functions as well, so please call us for an appointment or just to check and see if we are there-we want to serve you in the best possible way.

Retail

In the course of our menu preparation, we procure artisanal cheeses, specialty candies [along with our own sweet treats], and local produce in season. And we are always willing to sell what we have in house, or order/make for you. So if you had a special item that you loved at a party, be sure to call us and order for your family! make our own scones, muffins, sticky buns and cinnamon rolls. Also enjoy our own homemade granola, jams, jellies and marmalades, which we package and sell from our kitchen. We make wonderful home-style breads [from scratch] which are healthy and delicious. We now sell Stuart's all purpose seasoning in shakers.

You can even order one of Stuart’s salads for lunch!
	Don’t forget dessert! You can order an individual sweet for yourself, a full size for your family, or a large sweet for a special party.
Stuart makes all our soups from scratch. He is well known for his soups & sauces and we usually have several soups available for take-out. We use fresh local ingredients whenever available. You can always order soup for your family or for a party.

Dinner

Our Freezer Fantasy menu is perfect for a busy lifestyle and it is priced right. Plan your meals by the week and save money and time. Click on "Our Menus" and you will find Freezer Fantasy for family dinners. Our frozen meals serve 4 to 6 people. They are prepared for you to remove your entree and veggies from your freezer the night before you want to eat them, and place in your fridge. When you return from work in the afternoon, you can reheat usually in 30 minutes and have a delicious meal. You will love this quick, healthy and economical way to have great meals!

If you have special dietary needs, Stuart will prepare menus according to your specifications. We follow a number of specialty diet plans for various clients..
