Stuart oversees the preparation all of our food in the classical manner, using local and fresh ingredients whenever possible and Vanessa prepares exquisite desserts and pastries using real butter & cream. Betsy sits with the client and listens carefully to understand the vision of the event host. Erika and Craig follow through with the attention to service detail that makes a fantastic party. We all sit together each week and bring all points to the table, brainstorming and organizing the best ways to create the perfect function. Then we put it together using our extensive portfolio of experience, employees, and highly screened vendors. |

We are preferred caterers at The Cedars Banquet Facility on Island Pond Road, The Carriage House at the Barney Estate ,Worthington Pond Farm, Melha Shrine Temple, Mill 1 at OpenSquare, Springfield Museums, St. Marks Armenian Church, Wilbraham Masonic Lodge, and Emma's Place in Springfield. Ask for our list of dozens more venues in the area where we can create your perfect party, and we travel as far as the Cape, Long Island, and northern New England. We specialize in home parties where you can invite your guests to a wonderful event in your back yard or inside your home. Our services are offered in tiers-from a pick up at our kitchen, just delivery and setup for a casual function, to our full service catering. Each client has their own specifics and our personal service is geared to match your specialized needs. Casual parties or formal-we can handle all your auxiliary needs. We offer the use of our china, glassware and other rentals for our food. Standard paper supplies can be included with your menu selection. Specialized paper supplies are available for a small charge. Linen, tables, and chairs; beverage service of all types, are just a few of the items you may require. When we sit down together, we can discuss flowers, audio/visual, table tops, licenses, photography and many other extras to create the perfect function which you envision. |

We normally request a deposit to hold your function, up to 50% at the time you plan your menu and the balance is due on the day of your function. It is also necessary to add 5% sales tax to our menu prices. So please call or email us for more information.
